At Horbäach Health, we want you to feel as good as you look in our premium fashion collections. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
